The House
Bootleg Shoals is a unique, private, and magical home to rent. It is tucked back into the woods at the end of a long driveway; the house is not visible from the road. There are amazing birds, fish, and wildlife to observe right from the living room. Steps from Roanoke Sound, you will be a 5 minute bike ride to coffeeshops and açai bowls, an 8 minute bike ride to the ocean, and a 10 minute bike ride to the supermarket. You will have access to 2 bedrooms (pictured), one king bed and one full, as well as 2 full bathrooms. The full bedroom is on the first floor and the king is on the second. The master suite will be locked for owner's storage. You will have access to the hot tub, large outdoor deck, Traeger grill, one garage bay, the outdoor shower, all common areas, 3 bikes, 1 ocean kayak, and of course, the private beach. Cleanings will occur once per week. Currently, I am looking for responsible a week-long renter May 21-28/29 (Memorial Day!) or month-long renters for the period from 9/1/23-1/1/23. Pets negotiable, and renters will need to sign a rental agreement.
